Visa information http://www.visaforchina.org

Conference participants from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter China. Conference participants can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at local Chinese embassy or consulate. For attending conference, one can apply for either a tourist visa (Visa L) or a business visa (Visa F). Conference participants should check the visa requirements well in advance. The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre at local Chinese embassy or consulate provides helpful information on how to apply for a Chinese visa.

The ISWAMP2013 organizer encourages participants to apply for their visas as early as possible. No visa is required for ordinary passport holders from some countries (e.g. Singapore, Brunei and Japan) to visit China for up to 15 days. Conference participants are strongly recommended to consult the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the most current requirements and those specific to their situations.

Visa L(the Tourist Visa)
The participants are strongly encouraged to apply for the tourist visa (Visa L), for the apply procedure will be much simpler than Visa F. You'd better find a local travel agency, and ask them to help you to apply visa L.
