Booking Procedure
Participants are suggested to select their preferred hotel online using the conference registration system, which is available since 25 March. Your reservation is valid only when you pay your registration fee online. We will send a confirmation and reserve the room at your selected hotel. One night room fee will be charged (from your registration fee) if you cancel the reservation after 8 July, 2013.
Deadline
The deadline for hotel reservation is 1 July, 2013. After the deadline, reservations can still be requested, but the availability of certain categories or rates cannot be guaranteed. The suggested hotels are listed below.
