The registration fee includes the meeting material printing costs, venue rental, coffee breaks, welcome reception etc. The cost of the conference banquet is NOT included in the registration fee and should be purchased separately. |

Participants should register as early as possible to insure normal price for your registration and accommodation. |

The Accompanying Person fee includes the welcome reception. Children 12 years of age and under are free for that. |

Please keep and bring a copy of your proof of payment in case of dispute. |

| Payment |
| Visa, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, and UnionPay cards are accepted. The credit card number and expiration date should be provided on the online registration system. The credit card will be charged immediately when processing the online registration. Charges will appear on your statement as PayEase which is a third-party online payment platform. |

| On-site Registration and Information Desk |
| The registration desk at the Conference Center will be open on Friday, 19 July from 13:00 to 21:00 and on Saturday morning (20 July), from 08:00 to 10:00. On-site registration is possible with payment of the registration fee in cash (CNY only). For late arrival, please contact the conference organizers for registration. |

| *Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| Cancellations must be submitted by writing to the Conference Office. A cancellation fee in the amount of about CNY 300 will be charged for the cancellations before 14 June, 2013. After 14 June, 2013, the conference fee will not be refunded, even in case of non-participation. |
